Silk Screen Printing... is a simple but effective way to help promote your business and look professional at the same time. Our silk screening is done in house and we pride our self in having quick turn around in our design process and silk screening so that you can get your new look out there as fast as possible. We offer many different brands and styles of clothing that we can silk screen on, however the most common is Gildan 100% cotton. These shirts come in over 40 different colors and we can silk screen just about any color onto them. Below is a few prices of the most common items we sale. Starting at $8.50!

Spot Color is the use of specific colors and layering them one at a time to achieve your desired design. This is best used on jobs requiring 3 or less colors. We can go up to 8 different spot colors in one design but the cost can increase drastically doing so. If your design has a lot of different colors our design staff will work with you to bring the number down and find the best combination to get the best look for your shirt!

Starting at $11.50!

4 Color Process is using the combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black to make a unlimited range of colors. This is best used for designs thats are full of color such as pictures or highly detailed clip art. Due to the complexity of printing the shirts there is a high set-up cost. In longer runs slight difference in color from shirt to shirt can occur due to ink levels and pressure. Printing on shirts other then white will require a white base adding to the cost.

SET-UP FEES

Set-up fees are the ugly part of silk screening. Every color in the job requires its own screen, ink prepared, aligned and cleaned after the job. Sadly this takes time and we have to charge for it. Our standard pricing is $35.00 per screen required for the job. We do not waive set-ups for re-order unless the quantity is high enough. Making the screen its self is a small part of what your screen will go through throughout the whole process. Set-up fees can be scary but thats why we do our best to work with you on getting these reduced or even waived completely depending on the quantity of shirts you order. Please know, we will not waive set-ups if you wish to provide your own apparel.

ARTWORK

If you would like your design silk screened we will need your artwork in a specific format. Artwork for sport color designs must be in a vector file. For 4 color process the design needs to be a high resolution CMYK image, and vector if capable. Acceptable Vector Files: EPS, AI, PDF. 300 dpi for best results Common programs that can make vector files: Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator If you don't have you art in vector format our design team can go over options for you and possibly recreating the design.
